Amazing to have an opportunity for BREAKFAST (also) at the dinner time! Fantastic tasty omelette fresh prepared for me at 7p.m.PLUS! A great room with pool- and snooker tables.

Eating out with the wife tonight. Once again super quality (/- 450gr. Pork cote à l'os) with warm vegetables and fresh potatoes (not the eternal fries that are offered everywhere) for 14. Those are 70's prices. In most other restaurants it is not even possible to get a dish of hot vegetables even at double the price. Highly, highly recommended.Because I receive all kinds of messages regarding the quality of the food, I have been on site several times this week (10/9 to 16/9) to check what does and what does not correspond to reality. A positive point was that the cook was still the same (some employees had been replaced in the kitchen). As far as the food itself is concerned, there is no difference from the situation before. The quality and quantity have always remained unchanged, and the pricing also remains the same as before. The dishes are still prepared as they should be: with a fair amount of warm vegetables and the accompanying potato preparation: not the fries or croquettes that are everywhere on the menu. The wines are unchanged. The biggest change has occurred at personnel level, with the result that "automatisms" and "experience" have deteriorated sharply. In addition, the new operators hardly understand (let alone speak) Dutch; but there too I notice that an effort is being made, at least by some, to be appreciated.

Nothing to complain about, just great! Requested horse steak bleu-chaud and also received bleu-chaud and the price was extremely reasonable!!!
